材料剛做出來(lái)的彈性體與NDI一樣,初始是不透明乳白色,被紫外線照射或者援慢氧化后會(huì)變成褐色,隨著時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)逐漸變成棕黑色,并且受光部分和不受光部分會(huì)有明顯的色差,如果想保證顏色均一,需要過(guò)一段時(shí)間調(diào)整下產(chǎn)品面。簡(jiǎn)單來(lái)講,自然變色是Ultrallan區(qū)別于普通聚氨酷材料的顯著特征,變色且最終為褐色的才是Ultrallan或NDI彈性體。變色不會(huì)引起物性、特性的變化。

Like NDI itself, the fresh Ultrallan* material is initially opaque opalescent white, which will turn brown after being irradiated by ultraviolet light or slowly oxidized, then will gradually turn black-brown over time. In addition, there will be obvious color difference between the light-receiving part and the otherwise. if the color uniformity is needed, the light-receiving surfaces shall be rotated evenly. In short, natural color-changing is the distinguishing feature of Ultrallan* from other ordinary polyurethane materials, in other words, genuine Ultrallan* or NDI elastomers all change their color and end up brown. However, color-changing does affect its physi-cal properties and characteristics.
